Who we are
Global Crisis Response (GCR) is the flagship initiative of Orb Tranz Research & Broadcasting Foundation, a not-for-profit (Section-8) Company registered in Mumbai, India-since 2021. It is a systematic yet transformational initiative aimed at collectively exploring the best means to articulate and navigate the current era of the Anthropocene characterized by Species extinction, Climate Disruptions, Resource Scarcity, Societal Chaos, and Uncertainty.
What we do
GCR addresses this challenge via establishing thought leadership in society by highlighting the limitations of the mainstream dominant culture (Industrial Capitalism with a limitless growth imperative) in comprehending the scale and urgency of Global Crisis (risks from Societal and Biospheric collapse) and effectively responding to it at the scale and within the narrow timeframe.
Through all its activities GCR aims to:

establish a global constituency (Solidarity community and movement) that acknowledges the existential risks emanating from Ecological Overshoot, Civilizational Complexity, and Dual-Use Technologies and

build consensus towards strategies that advocating a Strong (Ecological) Sustainable future.

One-stop Knowledge Portal to access carefully curated Strong (Ecological) Sustainability content

an influential Think-Action-Tank that is virtual, and global and conducts collaborative (volunteer-driven) public impact research focused on multidisciplinary & Transdisciplinary issues
