REFUND REQUESTS

• Users will make financial transactions for donations and to participate in webinar sessions and online MOOC sessions.

• Refunds will be applicable for the transactions made for webinar sessions and online MOOC sessions as per the stated booking & cancellation policies.

• Users will submit their refund request at info@globalcrisisresponse.org , the acceptance of the same is on the sole discretion of the company.

• Users cannot claim a price higher than the nominal fee charged for the webinar sessions and online MOOC sessions.

• In case we accept the refund request, the money will be reversed back to the User’s bank account within 15 to 20 working days.

• Platform though which refund will be generated is Razorpay and it will be according to the normal turn-around time.

• We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
